Trisha Slaughter, RN

My granddad was admitted, and little did we know these were going to be his last few days. My family and I were so blown away by the staff. I specifically remember Trisha because she was on day shift when I was able to visit. Her work ethic was so evident, she truly cared for her patients and their family. She always went above and beyond to see that needs were taken care of. It was also very motivating to see how much she strived to work so hard at her job. Every little detail she was attentive to with the care my poppa needed. I will never forget how well Hillcrest Hospital staff treated him and our family during that heartbreaking time as we said our final goodbyes to my grandfather.

Trisha had the most incredible work ethic and bedside manner. Her knowledge and care for my husband during his past days were beyond anything our family has ever witnessed. Trisha certainly stands out. She deserves this award!
