We had some extreme circumstances during A's stay in the hospital. We had to have a deposition taken with A for a pending court case in Florida that had to be done because she had been diagnosed with cancer. Trisha and her Manager on the fifth floor went the extra mile to help arrange all this. Trisha was extremely always ready with a caring smile and an acute sense of what was needed. A was always her primary concern and was so helpful to us the family.
