Trista Helm was the absolute sweetest nurse in a time that could have been really scary or painful (after just giving birth naturally). She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She did her routine checks but also stayed to comfort me as well. It was the perfect amount of interaction. Trista makes me feel empowered and uplifted. Thank you so much Trista!
