Trista was so attentive and informative. For these patients on the "fast track" to go home on the day of surgery, there is a lot of information to be communicated on that day. She never rushed me with the information. She explained what she was going to do each time before a med was given and what the med was for. So I guess I would have to say she was an excellent educator, a great direct caregiver - never rushing the patient, always had a smile and encouragement, ensuring safety before assisting to walk with the correct socks and gait belt, and never rushing. I am now 3 weeks post-op and continue to tell everyone what a positive experience I had. Again, thank you all so much for your excellent care that exceeded my expectations, and being an RN myself my expectations were right up there!
