Tristin is an amazing nurse and goes above and beyond for her patients, as well as her co-workers. She is a true patient advocate who makes a difference in her patient's care. Not only does she have a caring and compassionate manner, she always finds ways to make her patients feel special. On more than one occasion, she had decorated a patient's room with a homemade banner and inspirational quote to celebrate an important milestone for her patient, whatever it may be, such as the last day of radiation or a day pass.
Tristin's positive attitude is contagious and she is an outstanding role model for all of us.
