Tristin is very knowledgeable professional and a very compassionate nurse. He shows empathy and is very supportive of patients, families, and coworkers. He puts 100% and more into everything he does. I have seen Tristin in times of chaos and in times of calmness and he always maintains a calm and collective demeanor. He is an excellent nurse with a great bedside manner. I know that when Tristin is our rapid nurse, we will have support in any situation that arises. I have heard several employees say how much they enjoy working with Tristin and how they feel at ease knowing he is our rapid nurse. He just makes us feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations. It is his positive attitude that he puts out there. Recently, I had a death in my family, and Tristin was very supportive. He was always checking in with me. I appreciate the support he has provided me during my difficult time. He shows compassion towards me as a person, not just as a co-worker. I am very thankful to have Tristin as one of our ICU/Rapid nurses. It is always a pleasure working with him.
