From our first night with Tristyn as out daughter's nurse she has been amazing. She went out of her way to make sweet keepsakes for our family during this exceptionally hard time. There really are no words to describe how not only the little items made this experience not so crazy and heartbreaking but the fact that she recognizes how hard this is for families and goes the extra mile to make it as easy as she can.
She always made sure we knew and understood what was happening with our daughter and she understood how important it was to me as a mother to do as much as possible for my daughter. She always asked if I'd like to do the various cares I was able to do. Tristyn exemplifies exactly what every healthcare professional should be. In fact, she actually inspired me to go back into the medical field myself because of her kindness, compassion, and amazing ability to do her job. I will be enrolling in nursing school in the spring.
