After being in the waiting room for 8 plus hours, nurse Troy came on duty and came out to explain to us why everything seemed to be stopped. He then took the time to pass out sheets to those that were cold and listen to individuals who had been overlooked all night. When he said he was going to take care of things he did. I truly appreciate his hard work in caring for my daughter.
