Troy Nicholas, RN

I came to the ER today for severe back pain and have had amazing treatment from the beginning. I was brought to my room where Troy greeted me with a smile and reassurance that they were gonna do everything they could to have me feeling better quickly. Troy was very careful about listening where I could have IVs and blow draws due to my fistula. I greatly appreciate being treated for my pain quickly and before my cat scan.

After my cat scan, he came right back in to check my pain level which was starting to return so Troy got right on it and got my pain back under control. Troy came back in with the doctor to give my results and hear the game plan. He sat and talked about what could happen and to be very careful. They also gave me another dose of meds for the 45-minute drive home and to the pharmacy so I wouldn’t hurt excruciatingly on the way home. The visit altogether was an amazing experience with beyond excellent care. Thank you, Troy!
