During our stay at Rush, we worked with Truc three different times. Each time, she ensured that we were always comfortable by getting us supplies, asking if we needed anything all the time, etc. On numerous occasions, she proactively ordered me (the patient) meals when I forgot to do it myself. During my healing, she even suggested medications that would help with pain management. Each visit to our room, she would talk with us and laugh which would ease the feeling of being "cooped up" in the room. She made me, my wife's and my baby's stay here at Rush so much more enjoyable! You can tell Truc loves what she does, and we appreciate it greatly!
