Trupti established a remarkable connection with my mother, over 90 years, who was suffering from sepsis. The anticipation of Trupti’s arrival and her presence on the floor lifted Mom’s spirits! Trupti was loving, patient, and kind with Mom while offering consistent encouragement, assurance, and physical comfort. She also demonstrated remarkable leadership skills while guiding other members of the care team with excellent verbal communication skills, charismatic facial expressions, and great body language. No job was too big or too small for Trupti, as she took exemplary care of Mom and made our family feel welcome. Mom loved it when Trupti called her Momma!
