Tucker never asks for anything he can't do himself. He is always willing to help whether it's taking a patient to the restroom, giving a bedpan, changing linens, taking vital signs to more critical issues, and never hesitates to help out his CNAs and fellow RNs. We have also witnessed Tucker taking out the trash from patients' rooms and helping strip the room when a patient discharges. Tucker has one of the BEST attitudes and leadership skills on our floor. We can always rely on him to be there for us whenever needed. Tucker has an amazing bedside manner, we have witnessed on many occasions his personable attitude towards patients when speaking with them. Tucker will usually sit down or kneel to be at the patient's level. The kindness and compassion he puts forward is something we all should be looking up to.
