Tuoc was an advocate for our dad's care. My dad was undergoing several tests and would be placed as NPO. Our dad would go several long days on liquids, and he was getting weak. We told Tuoc our dad loved to eat and wanted to know why he was getting starved. He told us that he loves to eat too and will find out. He called doctors and found out a procedure would be delayed a day and they informed us dad could eat. If it wasn't for Tuoc, our dad would have gone a fourth day without food. Tuoc would tell our family jokes and was full of so much life. He was caring, enthusiastic, a great listener and a hard worker. He even came to visit my dad to check on him when he wasn't assigned to us. That really touched our hearts.
