I want to tell you about Nurse Tuyet Gwardys.
Tuyet is the most comforting nurse I have ever had. First time I came to Kaiser she was my nurse. I was sad and scared about what was happening to me; she sat on my bed, held my hand, and gave me assurance about the procedure. She gave me the strength to stand up and face my fears. I have been here several times and she is always kind to me and lets me know what is happening. She is very warm and has an excellent bedside manner. We formed a friendship that I appreciate.
