Twila was much more than our nurse. She was a patient advocate and she literally made all the things happen. When our blood drawings were behind schedule, she communicated with the team to get it done. She coordinated all the movements required to get the warming unit and bili lights in our room. When we were told census may require we leave our room and keep our son in Nursery, she helped us wrap our minds around that and explained that it was possible but not likely. You can tell by each and every interaction that Twila loves her job and she genuinely cares for patients in her care! Thank you!
