We had a hypertensive mom to deliver who was very stressed about who was going to take care of her other children, financial issues and her husband having enough gas to get to work. All of this was causing more issues with her blood pressure. Twylia gave the dad $20.00 for gas so he could take the kids to grandma and get to work.
