Dr. Ty Williams has a genuine ability to understand and respect the roles, skills and abilities of his students. He serves as an effective collaborative team member and assumes leadership when appropriate. Dr. Williams employs strategies to enhance communication within the class and small groups. He is respectful and responsive to student needs, and described by them as a learner-centered teacher. As a DNP faculty member, he is eager to see students excel and encourage their growth while honoring their unique contributions.
