I don't know what words to use; Tyler was perfect. He was a wonderful nurse. He was always calm and the perfect nurse. He answered every question that was asked, including family questions. When he came for rounds to care for me, he was so kind and understanding. He always told me what was being done and why. He always asked if I had any questions or concerns. Tyler always made sure I understood and was ok with the next steps. Whenever my family had a question, he always treated them with respect and care. I just don't have the words to explain how wonderful Tyler is as a nurse. Tyler went way above his job, even in the moments when I was embarrassed by bathroom accidents. I thanked him so many times when he came to help me. I was there because I tore my knee and could not walk. I have no other words other than amazing. I'm old enough to be his mom and was treated with great care. Thank you.
