Tyeshia is a wonderful nurse and human being. From the first time I ever started working night shift with Tye, I knew she was going to be an awesome addition to our team. She showed leadership and strength from the very first day! Tye literally goes above and beyond every day for every single person she comes in contact with- in every department. She never fails to greet every single person she sees with a smile. Her most commonly used phrases throughout the day are "I've got it.", "I'll do it," and "I'll get it." She is the first person to jump up and perform every available task. She always puts others first and herself last. She gives 1000% of herself every day, all day. She is a true leader and asset to us!
