She is always saying a kind word to the patient,s and they love seeing her. She provides the best care to my loved one and is always there for us. I noticed a patient in need of help, and she took the time to talk to the other patient and explained that everything was going to be okay. She spent so much time explaining everything and was compassionate and caring.
