Tyler A Naff, BSN, RN

My mom was a patient on 7 South as she had COVID pneumonia. When I talked to Tyler he was honest, calm, and upfront with me that my mom was in bad shape physically. She was dependent on her bipap and although it made her uncomfortable, Tyler went the extra mile for her. He consistently provided me with updates and progress reports when I called which made me feel better knowing that Tyler was making sure my mom was not in pain. Tyler understood that nothing was going to keep me from my mom and was kind enough to allow me the gift of touching her skin so she would know she was not alone when she passed. Memorial Hospital has a gem in this young man and I will be forever grateful that Tyler came into our lives at the right time. Tyler Naff was a great gift to my family!
