During one of the most difficult times in our lives, my mother's hospice care, Tyler went above and beyond not only for her, but for our entire family. His compassion, attentiveness, and thoughtfulness made a lasting impact on us, and I truly believe he embodies everything the DAISY Award represents.

From the very beginning, Tyler made sure my mom was as comfortable as possible. He noticed her mouth was constantly dry and went out of his way to get her a special mouth care kit, which is something that might seem small, but meant everything to her and us. It was clear that her comfort was his priority, but what really stood out was how he cared for all of us. Tyler created a snack cart so we could stay nourished during long hours, and he checked on us consistently, not just to offer updates, but to make sure we were emotionally okay. He answered every question we had with patience and clarity, helping us feel informed, supported, and not alone during an overwhelming experience.

Tyler's personality made all the difference. He was warm, approachable, and genuine in every interaction. He has a rare gift of making people feel truly cared for, and that's something we will never forget. We are incredibly grateful for Tyler. He turned a painful experience into one filled with moments of peace, support, and compassion. He is so deserving of the DAISY Award.
