We brought my 2-year-old son to the emergency room in respiratory distress via ambulance. The care that we received from every single team member from the registrar, the nurses, the doctor, respiratory therapist, everybody was just exceptional.
In particular, Nurse Tyler was so compassionate. He treated my son with respect and worked to earn his trust in a very scary situation. He went out of the way to find him a teddy bear and didn't hesitate to get extra help when his condition changed.
I have to tell you from start to finish the staff have been kind, compassionate, attentive, and earned my trust! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your great team.

Coming to the ER Under any circumstance is hard, but when you're 36 years old and think you may be having a stroke it is life changing.
Many things about my day on Tuesday are lost in a fog, except you. You never let me think that I wasn't going to be okay. You stayed by my side when I needed it most and you always had a warm smile.
You have a hard job and I wanted you to know how much I appreciate you.
