Overall, Tyler was very attentive for several days. There was even one day he had three patients but always had time for us. He answered all our questions in detail at a level we would understand. One example of customer service was when my wife ordered tea with dinner, and they brought her Sprite. Tyler noticed right away and got her the tea that she had ordered, despite us telling him the Sprite was okay. My wife ordered a sandwich instead of fish one day, and again, Tyler was on the ball and jumped into action before we could say anything. The attention to detail is what sets him apart from his peers.
