My grandmother was rushed by ambulance Christmas eve night to St. Francis. She had to have emergency surgery very early in the morning Christmas Day. My Grandma spent the last 10 days of her life in the SICU and the nurses were all great, however, Tyler went above and beyond to make our experience a little better as my Grandma fought hard for her life but was too weak and broken-hearted as she had lost the love of her life.
Tyler took the time to learn all my family members' names and who we are to my grandma and there are a lot of us. Tyler had other patients and even on days he was not assigned to my grandma, he would take time out to check in on her and my family. Thank you to the wonderful Nurses and Doctors that took care of our family for 11 days.
