He's approachable, always makes himself available, never makes you feel inadequate if you're unsure of something or looking for advice, and if he doesn't know the answer to the question, he helps find it and provides prompt follow-up. Ty leads by example and supports the team by rounding, answering call lights, and cleaning rooms.
