Tyler Kessler, RN

Tyler is one of the best charge nurses I have been working with for five years working on 5E. He is extremely helpful to his coworkers. He often checks on staff to make sure if anyone needs help. He talks to staff respectfully. He is very efficient with his charge nurse job. He is calm under stressful environments. He is professional, compassionate, and caring to patients and his coworkers. He is a great team player. He is trustworthy. He has great leadership skills. He is able to communicate with other staff efficiently without looking down on them. He does not "babysit" other staff as he trusts his coworkers which we really appreciate. We feel we are always treated with respect and kindness. And I am sure that patients feel the same way too. All the coworkers I talk to agree that Tyler is a wonderful charge nurse and he deserves recognition for his work.
