My father-in-law has been at PRMC since 12-23-13. During that time we have seen many nurses, but non who touched Dad and our entire family the way that Tyler has. The first day Tyler was dad's nurse, my mother-in-law came home and told us how Tyler was the most conscientious nurse dad had ever had. Dad and mom came to really trust Tyler. When the doctor came to talk to dad about what his wishes were for end of life, mom was having a hard time with this and Tyler put an arm around her and stayed with her. On Saturday Jan 25th about 6:05pm Dad suffered a TIA. Tyler was right there assessing the situation, calling an MD and explaining what was happening. Afterward Dad suffered weakness on the left side was difficult to understand and was disoriented, but would settle down when we told dad that Tyler wanted him to do something. The next day when Tyler came in to see Dad, Dad reached up and patted Tyler's cheek. Everyone in our family is so thankful for Tyler and what he has done for us and Dad.
