I will never forget Tyler for the one day he cared for me. More than anyone, he recognized the level of pain I experienced and was the best at recognizing the need and had the meds I needed ready when the pain came. He has all the qualities of a good nurse. He exhibits empathy and compassion, is an excellent communicator, he hears me and listens to what I have to say, is professional in the presence of the doctors and has an innate quality of caring. When he is here I feel everything is going to be okay. I feel that he is doing everything he can to make things better for me.
I have to share this with you- after the last dose of pain meds, I would go to sleep and then would feel I have to wake up because Tyler might leave. That just shows what an impact he made on me. Tyler is not just a good nurse he is a "super nurse."
