Through this letter, I would like to express my gratitude to Tyler Moua, due of his empathy, professionalism, and kindness. He is very special. He was above and beyond his duties to make me feel very well cared. He was the only one who made me change my mind about my reluctance to take the MRI exam (I was really scared about it).

He took the time, and with kindness, he explained to me what I needed to understand about it and how important that exam was for my treatment, and also, he made it possible for my husband to be with me during the procedure. Because of all that and for the high dedication Tyler demonstrated during my tenure, I wanted to tell you that you have a very valuable member on your team!
