It is with great admiration and appreciation that I nominate Tyler Roloff for the DAISY Award. Since joining the team on 1JPE, Tyler has demonstrated exceptional dedication, compassion, and expertise in patient care. His unwavering commitment to his patients, working with those with complex needs, sets him apart as an outstanding nurse. From the moment he arrived, Tyler showed remarkable determination in working with a particular patient, displaying a level of passion and perseverance that is truly rare. His specialized skills and deep understanding of these patients have led to extraordinary progress in a matter of months, where progress has been difficult to achieve in the past year. Tyler's dedication is evident in the long hours he devotes, always going above and beyond to ensure his patients' well-being and success.

Beyond his clinical expertise, Tyler is a joy to work with. He is approachable, down to earth and always willing to listen. His positive attitude and strong work ethic make him a valued team member, earning the respect and admiration or colleagues. Tyler truly gives 110% above everything he does, and his contributions to 1JPE and his organization are invaluable. Tyler is without a doubt, a shining example of nursing excellence.
