Tyler treated my child with compassion, respect, and dignity. He spoke to my nonverbal son and interacted with him rather than only interact with me. Tyler had a gentle touch and walked my son through everything he was going to do to him. Thank you for being such an amazing nurse and advocate for my son! I appreciate the kindness shown. You talked to him instead of directing all conversations to me. That really meant a lot to both of us. Lastly, thank you for explaining things thoroughly and always making sure I understood.
