Tyler Schimmelfing, RN

Tyler Schimmelfing meets the criteria for the DAISY Award for many reasons: excellent teamwork, excellent communication with staff, excellent communication with patients, very active in situations of stress and very oriented on the solution of problems. He does excellent work training new nurses, and he never gets upset. On my 45 years working on hospital not many times have I seen a nurse with the attitude and aptitude of Tyler.
