Tyler was super. He was very helpful, answered all questions, and would get answers for us if he didn’t have one. He worked well with his coworkers. He always had a smile all the time and a great sense of humor. He took excellent care of our dad and seemed to really care about him and did his best to make him comfortable and recover. Tyler just did everything extremely well and was a super, super nurse. If we have to come back to St. Vincent Hot Springs ICU, I will want Tyler to be our nurse. Tyler knows his job well, has an excellent bedside manner, and knows how to give shots without hurting the patient. I just can’t say enough good things about Tyler. He answers our questions even when we repeat the same ones all the time with great patience. He was our nurse on an earlier visit in 2023 and was wonderful as well. Tyler is an exceptional nurse.
