This family wanted to nominate Tyler Tibbitt for the DAISY Award. He has restored their faith in the medical world. Their family member didn't want to suffer or be in the hospital. Tyler was so helpful in making the transition to after life without suffering. God blessed us with Tyler as our nurse. There is no better nurse than him.
