Kelsey had some issues with her blood pressure a few weeks back. Tyler was explaining everything he was doing that day to me to help K. Her blood pressure was very low and he did everything he could not send her to ICU. He took his time and knowledge of how he was trained and also took his time to keep K and me calm while doing his job and keeping her blood pressure stable. The compassion he had for K and the care he gave her was 100% of his time and dedication. I have personally thanked Tyler through tears of crying for how hard he worked and for just keeping her blood pressure stable. I would like for Tyler to have a well-deserved award for excellence of care. He knows and is very smart at explaining things to our family. Thank you, Tyler, for the care and compassion that you have shown our family in the past year and a half. We thank him so much for taking his time and helping save K.
