Tyler Vadnie was exceptionally kind to me and my autistic daughter. When doing her blood work and she was very upset, he took the needle out and kindly talked her through it and made her feel better. I have seen nurses be very matter-of-fact and brisk, but Tyler was our sweet nurse. He showed true compassion and we appreciate it.

Our family has been through hell the past two weeks. First, a tree fell on my kids, and we came here tonight because they were in a fender bender. We told Tyler how rough it has been, and he took all of my kids under his wing. He showed them happiness and calmness. He was on top of his job but also on top of personal care which was definitely needed! He was so caring.

We came into the hospital with my granddaughter and Tyler was assigned to us. I have to say he was amazing. He was very professional and friendly. He was excellent when it came to drawing blood. He put my granddaughter at ease. I would love to see him get this award. Thank you! Gold star for you from this family.
