From the very moment I met Tylisha, she was kind, patient, and easy to talk to about any concerns I had.

She is incredibly skilled at what she does, from successfully taking my blood on the first try after many before her had failed, to explaining medical terms in a way that is easy to understand. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience, and it shows. She turned what was a terrifying experience for me into a calming and healing environment.

I will never forget Tylisha’s impact on my life.

My husband was in the ICU. When he was moved to a regular room, his partial plate accidentally got thrown away. Tylisha and another nurse went above and beyond to find my husband's partial plate. Tylisha found it and brought it up to the room, clean and sanitized.

I gave her a big hug, and I think we both almost had tears of joy. She felt so bad that it happened. I guess whoever cleaned the room thought the denture cup was empty and tossed it. She could have just told me, "Sorry, but we don’t have them," but she didn’t. Tylisha took the time to help find them.

A big thank you to Tylisha in the ICU for finding the partial plate my husband has had since he was 19 (he is now 66)!

Thank you for having such caring staff.

Thank you, Tylisha, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
