Tyra is so careful and professional. She makes sure that I am safe when helping me move. She patiently explained what I should be doing by going over step-by-step instructions. She is a great listener and has been my support. No matter how many times I called her, she showed up quickly and carefully checked my problems. She showed a lot of experience, and she is so sweet. She went above and beyond her duties to help me in the restroom or when I was getting in and out of the bed. She asked if I had any questions. She showed that she truly cares about her patients.
