Tyrone De Ramos, LVN

I came in as a patient through the Emergency Room. I ended up having to have a procedure and I became an inpatient. The care I received from the minute I was seen was just remarkable. The facility is so busy, but the care and teamwork I witnessed was just amazing. When I became an inpatient, my two nurses were Tyrone and Ralph. Tyrone was so caring and considerate and never made me feel like a burden. Our interactions were always lighthearted, and he always reassured me that I could call on him. He was just awesome!

Ralph, my night nurse, was so respectful and kind. He always made sure I knew the test results and care plan. I would also like to mention the great visit I had with the nurse manager, she was so informative and knowledgeable. I have never had such pleasant hospital stay. Great job Mission Community Hospital!
