Monday was M's ERCP day. M was very sick and a bundle of nerves because another doctor in another hospital told us that she has carcinoma and may die shortly. Tywonn sensed our distress, prepped M with gentle care, gave comfort to us all day. After the test, off duty Tywonn, hunted us down on the 6th floor to give us some great news and where to find the doctor who did the test, she comforted us and said goodbye. She went the extra mile for us and I would like to say she is a gentle caring person who is an asset to this hospital, a model for the nursing profession. You should be proud that you have her on your team. You call it the DAISY Award; I call it the "Tywonn Angel Award".
