Uchenna Nwude, RN
Uchenna was maxed out at 7 patients but still took on the role of charge nurse on this very busy night. He was calm and composed and asked everyone if they needed anything even though he had a mountain of tasks to complete. If anyone is deserving of this award, it is Uchenna.
