Uday showed care and compassion to my mom who was 90 years old and admitted with a pelvic fracture. Uday assessed the situation and my mom's condition and immediately responded by speaking with her doctor about pain control. Once he took that action, her pain level decreased and led to her ability to stand with a walker and walk when OP and PT arrived.
We were so impressed with Uday because of his dedication to excellence and compassionate manner. His ability to attend to my mom while it was obvious how busy it was on the floor. Uday is an example for all employees to follow. He was caring, concerned, and solicitous. He has a fantastic ability to provide excellent care while being an amazing multi-tasker. We were lucky to have him as our nurse.
