Nurse Umah is always available and dependable. One time my daughter needed a catheter to pass urine. It was difficult to insert the catheter, and this caused pain; my daughter cried a lot that day. Nurse Umah came and helped, she suggested to use a smaller catheter. She volunteered to insert it and the procedure was done quickly. She noticed the trivial things and she pays attention to details. I was amazed by her way of thinking, and her efforts to help us. She is compassionate and kind. I wish she will be the nurse of my daughter until we get home. It is amazing to have someone like her to care for someone's child. She is amazing.
