Uyen Bui, RN
Uyen is the nurse who was with me during my labor and delivery. She was on the night shift that day, so she showed up in my room around 7pm. She is the best nurse we have met during my stay at St. Agnes Hospital for my labor. Both my husband and I think she is a star. She was so patient and compassionate towards me.
I didn't use an epidural, and I hired a doula. But the intense contractions came much earlier than expected. The doula was still on the way. I was in so much pain, and I screamed and struggled a lot. She comforted me and talked nicely to me during the most difficult time of my labor. She also answered all our questions in a friendly and patient manner.
She gave me so much support. After my delivery, she was with me until they moved me to another room, during which she also provided me excellent service, better than I expected. She helped me use the bathroom, sprayed warm water on my wound, making sure I didn't get lightheaded. She was so patient and nice all the time. We really liked her and appreciated everything she has done for us.
