I was brought into the cardiac unit on Thursday night. I write to thank you for the care and compassion you showed me. I was very stressed from a long day in the ER when I came to your unit. You were very understanding and your manner put me at ease. I was very comfortable talking with you. You changed a stressful, bad experience, into a good one. I cannot thank you enough. I wish God’s blessing and all good things to you.
