I would like to nominate Val Khari for the DAISY award because of the wonderful and lovely heart she has. She was assigned to be the nurse for my mother while my mother was hospitalized due to lung problems. Nurse Val Khari showed how much she cares about patients and about making sure all their needs are met with all of the medicines they need. I saw how nurse Val Khari loves her job as a nurse. To me she was like if a family member was taking care of their own family loved one.
