Dear Valarie,
I was so touched by your visit to see Roy. It was above and beyond the call for you to do that, but then that is the kind of person you are. I have never seen anyone so dedicated to her job or her patients as you were to yours. I was worn out at the end of the day from watching you walk so fast and so much! You were not still a minute. You did more for Roy on your shift than all the others put together on all shifts, and they were doing their best!
