Tina has been a great co-worker here on 6MB. Whenever I come on shift and see her name on the schedule, I know it's going be a good night even if we are understaffed. Tina is very active in helping her co-workers on the unit, always one of the first to answer the call light, and the first to jump in with assistance. She never complains about how hard her assignments are even though most of the time she has some of the most challenging patient assignments. Tina takes pride in her patient care and prides herself in anticipating the needs of her patients so they will not have to use the call light to call her. She always makes sure all her patients' needs are met, and their pain medications are given on time. No matter how challenging her patients are at times, she always has the ability to put a positive spin to it and gets through the night. Her patients are very lucky to have her as their nurse.
