Valentina has been absolutely amazing. My husband was a patient for a week and every time Val came to talk with us, she demonstrated extraordinary care to my husband and to myself. In the mornings she would go out of her way to get me coffee and food and make sure both myself and my husband were doing okay. She seemed to genuinely care. There were a few things I needed some help with before going home and Val took the time to help me learn what I needed. She was very patient and very thorough. She showed me step by step directions and what to do and she was just an angel to us. We are glad we had her to help care for my husband and she made us very comfortable. I appreciate her and all she did for us during our stay. She deserves this award.
